We operate in the field of smart city, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, smart grid, IoT, and connected intelligence. As CEO, I am also responsible for fundraising, revenue generation, operation and growth of the business, and investor relationships.

In all previous tasks, I have grown along with my team and organization. I infect people with energy, knowledge and business sensitivity. I bring synergy from apparently disconnected business domains and scale them in sustainable manner. I take responsibility without direct authority and treat the business as my own. Shri R. Lakshmanan is Chief Executive Officer of REC Power Distribution Company Limited w.e.f 10.01.2020. He is an Indian Administrative Service Officer of 2004 batch from Bihar cadre. He has done B.Com from Annamalai University. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also holding the position of Executive Director in REC Limited since February 2019 and is looking after financing of state owned power utilities, Stressed Asset Management, monitoring and coordinating of Government Programme like DDUGJY, Saubhagya, UDAY & PFA.

Prior to joining REC Limited, he has served for 14 years in the Government of Bihar and held various important positions including Managing Director of Discom, Transco & Genco, District Magistrate of Darbhanga & Saharsa districts, ACEO, Rural Road Development Agency and Additional Chief Electoral Officer.

I have an experience in software industry of 15 years. Currently I am working on the UPPCL and Haryana discoms project under EESL Phase 1 project for the last 3 years. This project has now a meter population of around 1.5 million meter units, including single phase, poly phase and LT/CT meters. It was under the stewardship of EESL and Intellismart that Trilliant HES could take up this numbers starting from the scratch. Trilliant has completed the UAT for the project with UPPCL and now undergoing the same in Haryana Discoms.”

Vikas Kashyap is Founder and Director of Lead ventures Limited, which is an independent consultancy on Technology & Business Transformation for companies in the utilities and Smart Cities space.

Vikas has extensive domain experience with Utilities, Energy management and Smarts(Homes / Grids / metering / lighting / IOT) across many geographies spanning over 30 years.

He is currently consulting with Policy institutions, funding agencies, technology providers and “Metering as a Service” project developers.

Previously Vikas has held the positions of VP at Cyan Connode UK. Cyan Connode is active in the field of Last mile mesh radio technology and service platform for Smart Metering / Grid, Lighting and IOT.

Before that Vikas was Director of Sales - C&I, at Secure Meters UK. He is responsible for all its functions and the strategic growth of the Secure Meters group in Commercial & Industrial space in UK and the field of Energy conservation, pump efficiency monitoring, consultancy & solutions and Smart Homes – worldwide. Vikas joined Secure Group in the year 1995 and has held various positions in sales & marketing, product management, Project management, services business related to Metering, Revenue management & Energy efficiency projects.

He started his career in 1987 and has earlier worked for English Electric and Siemens Ltd. Vikas is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering and has Masters’ Degree in Business Economics and Export marketing.

Shardul is a Managing Director with PwC India’s Energy Practice. He has led and held key roles in several Digital Transformation projects in the Energy sector, focused on Smart metering/AMI, Meter Data Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Operations and Work and Asset Management etc. Before joining PwC India, Shardul was with PwC US for about 12 years where he worked with Power and Utilities clients in North America to help transform their businesses leveraging digital technologies.

Mr. Anand Srivastava

Anand Srivastava is B. Tech in Electrical Engg with 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in Power Sector. He is presently working in Landis + Gyr Ltd as General Manager – Marketing since 2007. He is an active member of IEEMA metering division and BIS committees of LITD 10, LITD 13, LITD 28. He has extensively contributed in Metering Standards of BIS like IS 15959, IS 13779, IS 15884 and smart meter standard IS 16444. He is associated with ISGF since its’ inception. He has also worked on AMI Specifications of CEA since 2014 which is still the foundation of the AMI business. India’s first RF AMI commercial pilot in 2013 and India 1st AMI RF project in 2017 at TPDDL are to his credit. He started working on AMI since the days of SGTF. He has immensely contributed to AMI roadmap and it’s realization on ground in India over the last 10 years.

He believes in commercial viability of the Utility as most important and Technology is a mean to achieve the same.

Sri T. Srinivas, an engineering graduate with distinction from Osmania University, has joined as Assistant Engineer in erstwhile APSEB in the year 1979 and rose to the position of Chief General Manager in TSSPDCL.

Sri T. Srinivas has worked in the various capacities in various wings of the power sector and got many appreciations and awards in his career.

Sri T. Srinivas was elevated as Chief General Manager/Master Plan on 03.05.2012. His major achievement as CGM/Master Plan is procuring 15 No's sites worth around Rs. 74.24 Crores in various locations in Hyderabad city for construction of 33/11KV SS, which improved the system and minimized the interruptions.
